Terms of Service Agreement for bootycallz Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the bootycallz website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

The "bootycallz" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of bootycallz or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall bootycallz, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the last six months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Termination
